Ms. Crowe stated that staff has not heard anything from adjacent neighbors. Michael Plachta, applicant, stated he understands and agrees to the two stipulations read into record. A public hearing was called, and no one came forward in favor of or in opposition to this item. Board Member Mary Moore made a motion to approve item V25-094; seconded by Board Member Eric Mohrmann. The motion to approve carried with the following vote: Aye: 3 – Chairperson Randall, Board Member Moore, Board Member Mohrmann Nay: 0 – None Recuse: 0 – None 5. Approval of Minutes A. MIN2025-225 Approval of the September 24, 2025 License and Variance Board Meeting Minutes Board Member Mary Moore made a motion to approve item MIN2025-225; seconded by Board Member Eric Mohrmann. Adjournment Chairperson Eric Randall adjourned the October 22, 2025 License and Variance Board meeting at 10:16 AM.
