Original Contract Amount: $16,228,529.69 Parking Lot Modifications: $259,948.63 Low Voltage Additions: $248,257.04 ADA Compliance site modifications: $80,720.67 Revised Contract Amount Requested: $16,817,456.03 RECOMMENDATION / REQUESTED ACTION: Recommend approval for change order to complete additional work for the Tolleson Aquatic Facility Project in the amount of $608,205.67 (2022 SPLOST) for Reeves Young, LLC, (45 Peachtree Industrial Blvd, Sugar Hill, GA 30518), amend the 2022 SPLOST project length budget by the same amount, and authorize the Mayor to sign and execute all related documents.
