The City of Atlanta, City of Smyrna, and Trust for Public Land are open to the outcome of this feasibility study. This RFP will be the first study commissioned to explore an actual, feasible location. 4. Could you please clarify or describe the rough boundaries of the area to be investigated for the proposed bicycle/pedestrian bridge connection between Smyrna’s Riverview Park and the City of Atlanta, as described on page 9 of the RFP? On the Smyrna side, it is preferred but not required that the bridge will connect to the City’s Riverline Park. On the Atlanta side it is preferred, but not required that the bridge will connect to the Chattahoochee Brick Company site. 5. Was a full market analysis intended to be included within the scope of Task 4, Concept Development? No 6. Will tabs/section dividers count towards the page count or will they be excluded? No 7. Other than the Subconsultant E-Verify Affidavit, do subconsultants need to fill out any other of the forms? Subconsultant documents may be completed by the awarded firm. Subconsultants should provide the E-Verify Affidavit with proposal response. 8. The RFP states that "all bidders" must provide proof of valid occupational license. Is that required for all the registered staff assigned to the project? Or simply just for the project lead? The occupational license refers to the business license for the firm. 9. Since this is not a construction project and no Bid Bond is required, we assume a Performance Bond is also not required. Please confirm. Performance Bond not required. 10. Since this is not a construction project, are we required to conduct background, criminal, and drug testing for all staff provided in the submission (as specified in SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS, Section 8)?
