Ward 3 Councilmember - Travis Lindley ISSUE AND BACKGROUND: CITY PARK Concessions and Premier Events have partnered with the City of Smyrna for several years for the successful delivery of the annual Culture & Spirit Festival / Birthday Celebration for food and beverage operations in areas not specific to existing food and beverage businesses within the Market Village and other downtown establishments, but specific to special closure areas such as Atlanta Road. The terms of the agreement are the same as in previous years and includes alcohol sales. RECOMMENDATION / REQUESTED ACTION: Approve the agreement with CITY PARK Concessions, LLC, (DBA Premier Events) for management of food and beverage (to include alcohol sales) for the October 4, 2025 City of Smyrna Culture & Spirit Festival and City Birthday Celebration and authorize the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem to sign and execute all related documents.
