The installation will be a temporary installation that will be installed under the new pavilion located in the downtown green space area in an amount not to exceed $105,300.00 to be funded from General Fund Reserves and authorize the Mayor to sign and execute all documents. Ward 3 Councilmember - Travis Lindley ISSUE AND BACKGROUND: The City would like to add an additional LED screen to be utilized during the FIFA World Cup this summer that will be temporarily mounted in the little park adjacent to the Greenspace. Subsequent to the summer temporary placement, the City plans to install it in one of our parks locations.
