Citywide ISSUE AND BACKGROUND: OneDigital has been our Empower 401a and 457b retirement plan advisors since 2021 under an Investment Advisory Agreement. This presentation will cover the advantages of changing to a 3(38) agreement. RECOMMENDATION / REQUESTED ACTION: Human Resources and Finance recommend authorization for the approval of OneDigital Investment Advisors as the City’s 3(38) Investment Manager for the City 's 401a and 457b retirement plans and authorize the Mayor to sign and execute all related documents.
