Proposed Use: The applicant is requesting a rezoning from LC to TDConditional for

per acre. A land use change from Neighborhood Activity Center is required for this
rezoning.

thirteen (13) new single-family attached units.
Planning & Zoning Commission Recommendation: Approved by a vote of 5-1 at
the September 15, 2025, meeting.

Community Development has reviewed the proposed development against the zoning
standards of the previous and recent nearby rezonings and found the proposed
development to be compatible with the surrounding area. The subdivision and
construction of thirteen (13) new single-family attached homes result in a density of
6.44 units per acre on the subject property. The applicant is requesting a rezoning
from LC to TD-Conditional and the proposed zoning will not require an amendment of
the Future Land Use Plan.
