The motion to approve carried with the following vote: Aye: 4 – Committee Chair Lindley, Committee Member Gould, Committee Member Wilkinson, Committee Member Welch Nay: 0 – None Recuse: 0 – None 5. Approval of Minutes A. MIN2025-107 Approval of the October 3, 2024 Traffic Calming Committee Meeting Minutes Committee Member / Councilmember Charles Welch made a motion to approve item MIN2025-107; seconded by Councilmember Committee Member / Mayor Pro Tem Tim Gould. The motion to approve carried with the following vote: Aye: 4 – Committee Chair Lindley, Committee Member Gould, Committee Member Wilkinson, Committee Member Welch Nay: 0 – None
