Z25-007 Public Hearing - Zoning Request - Z25-007 - Allow rezoning from OI to MU- Conditional for a mixed-use development with 250 multi-family units and 2,500 sq. ft. of retail - 6.73 acres - Land Lot 681 & 688 - 0 Highlands Pkwy - WP South Acquisitions LLC. The applicant has requested this be tabled to the October 6, 2025, Mayor and Council meeting. Ward 7 Councilmember - Rickey N. Oglesby Jr. Councilmember Charles Welch made a motion to table item Z25-007 to the October 6, 2025 Mayor and Council meeting; seconded by Councilmember Latonia P. Hines. The motion to table carried with the following vote: Aye: 5 – Councilmember Pickens, Councilmember Hines, Councilmember Welch, Councilmember Wilkinson, Councilmember Oglesby Nay: 0 – None Absent: 1 – Mayor Pro Tem / Councilmember Tim Gould B.
