December 15, 2025 7:00 PM City of Smyrna Mayor and Council Meeting 2800 King Street SE Council Chambers Page 13 of 20 Councilmember Travis Lindley made a motion to approve item ATH2025-211; seconded by Councilmember Susan Wilkinson. The motion to approve carried with the following vote: Aye: 6 – Councilmember Pickens, Councilmember Hines (virtual), Councilmember Lindley, Councilmember Wilkinson, Mayor Pro Tem / Councilmember Gould, Councilmember Oglesby Nay: 0 – None Absent: 1 – Councilmember Welch N. RES2026-001 Approval of Resolution RES2026-001 for approval and implementation of the adopted dates, times and place for regular business meetings and work sessions of the governing body authority as approved at the October 19, 2025 Mayor and Council meeting and authorize the Mayor to sign and execute all related documents. Citywide Councilmember Travis Lindley made a motion to approve item RES2026-001; seconded by Mayor Pro Tem / Councilmember Tim Gould. The motion to approve carried with the following vote: Aye: 6 – Councilmember Pickens, Councilmember Hines (virtual), Councilmember Lindley, Councilmember Wilkinson, Mayor Pro Tem / Councilmember Gould, Councilmember Oglesby Nay: 0 – None Absent: 1 – Councilmember Welch O. RES2026-002 Approval of Resolution RES2026-002 authorizing a 9-1-1 charge on post paid wireline, wireless and voice over internet protocol (V.O.I.P) telephone service withing the City of Smyrna, Georgia and authorize the Mayor to sign and execute all related documents. Citywide Councilmember Travis Lindley made a motion to approve item RES2026-002; seconded by Councilmember Glenn Pickens. The motion to approve carried with the following vote: Aye: 6 – Councilmember Pickens, Councilmember Hines (virtual), Councilmember Lindley, Councilmember Wilkinson, Mayor Pro Tem / Councilmember Gould, Councilmember Oglesby Nay: 0 – None Absent: 1 – Councilmember Welch P.
