Page 1 of 2 1. Roll Call 2. Call to Order Mayor Pro Tem Tim Gould called to order the May 5, 2025 Pre-Council meeting held at A .Max Bacon City Hall in the Admin Conference Room at 6:35 PM. 3. Staff M&C Agenda Items to Review 4. Formal Business and Presentations 5. Review of Current M&C Agenda PRE2025-016 Review of the May 5, 2025 Mayor and Council Meeting Notice and Agenda Mayor Pro Tem Tim Gould reviewed the Mayor and Council agenda with council members. ATH2025-081: Councilmember Lindley asked about signage and notification to residents about the road closures for StillFire Brewery. Richard Garland stated that Paul Osburn had talked to them today and should be providing an update soon. ATH2025-083: Pertaining to the Smyrna Market road closures, Councilmember Lindley asked that when a final decision is made with the HOA and businesses in the Market Village about closing W. Spring Street, he wants to readdress this issue for closing the roads for the Smyrna Market. Richard Garland reminded council that these are the same road closures that have occurred the last 3-4 years. There are sone Sundays that King Street is closed to accommodate more vendors, but it does not occur every Sunday during the Smyrna Market.
