They're filling the room, which is awesome. Um, so Councilman Lindley has the proclamation and then we have a special presentation after. Thank you, Mr. mayor and good evening to the Wallace Army that is out here. Also want to recognize former Congressman Bob Bar who's joining us here tonight. Longtime friend and one of my first bosses, so he's nice to me now. Can laugh, Bob. All right, everybody get comfortable because the Wallacees have done a lot. Uh, and I joked upstairs that this was like reading war in peace aloud, so bear with me. a proclamation by the mayor of the city of Smyrna in recognition of Adventure Outdoors and the Wallace family 50 years of service. Whereas Adventure Outdoors was founded in 1976 by brothers Jay Wallace and David Wallace whose entrepreneurial spirit, strong work ethic, and commitment to the city of Smyrna laid the foundation for what would become one of the Southeast recognized outdoor sporting goods businesses. And whereas the business first opened as the scavengers Nest dealers in unburied treasure in Belmont Hills Shopping Center, beginning with humble resources, but guided by a vision of hard work, customer service, and dedication to the community. And whereas through perseverance, innovation, and decades of dedication, the business evolved into Smyrna Pond Brokers and later became Adventure Outdoors, a landmark business that now welcomes customers from across Georgia and beyond while contributing significantly to the economic vitality and deny of the city of Smyrna. And whereas Jay Wallace and the Wallace family have generously supported numerous local organizations and causes including the American Legion, Support Smyrna, Truth and Nature, and the Smyrna Public Safety Foundation, demonstrating an enduring commitment to veterans, youth, public safety personnel, and the overall well-being of the community.

What this search can tell you
Coverage is incomplete. This collection tracks 118 meetings. 39 have searchable transcripts and 72 have searchable minutes; a meeting may have both. 10 currently have neither. A missing passage is not evidence that a topic was never discussed.
Speech and summaries stay distinct. Transcript passages preserve the available transcript text. Minutes are labeled as summaries, not spoken quotations. Speaker identities are shown only where the source or documented attribution supports them; an unattributed speaker remains unattributed.
Relevance does not establish a connection. Topic search uses meaning and words to help you locate passages. Read adjacent passages, follow the source and inspect any agenda context before drawing a conclusion about an official’s position or a decision.
