ISSUE AND BACKGROUND:
Representatives from the Smyrna Education Foundation will be present to thank City Council and the 
community for their support and also give an update on the foundation's finances and what they've 
been doing to support Smyrna public schools.  JRM Management will also present a donation check to 
the Smyrna Education Foundation from proceeds received at recent Smyrna events.  
The Smyrna Education Foundation, Inc. is organized to promote public elementary and secondary 
education within the City of Smyrna, Georgia, for attainment of higher academic achievement and for 
improved perception of public education through advocacy, education, research, sponsorship, service 
and support.
