$57,780.00 to be paid from the FY 2026 Adopted Vehicle Replacement Fund (VRF) Budget  and 
authorize the Mayor to sign and execute all related documents.
Citywide
ISSUE AND BACKGROUND:
The Police Department budgeted for replacement of a total of thirteen (13) 
vehicles.  Quotes were received on Thursday, September 4, 2025, for seven (7) Ford 
Police Interceptor Utility vehicles.  The other six (6) replacements will be purchased 
using State of Georgia contracts. We are recommending award to:
RFQ 25-005 – Two (2) GMC Terrain SE (Admin vehicles no outfitting)

RECOMMENDATION / REQUESTED ACTION:
Staff recommends authorization for the approval of RFQ 26-005 for the purchase of two (2) 
2026 GMC Terrains from Family Ford, Inc DBA Hardy Ford (1255 Charles Hardy Pkwy, Dallas, 
GA) in the total amount of $57,780.00 to be paid from the FY 2026 Adopted Vehicle 
Replacement Fund (VRF) Budget  and authorize the Mayor to sign and execute all related 
documents.
