to sign the Agreement.

ISSUE AND BACKGROUND:
The working relationship with Mitch Leff & Associates began in 2024 with an Agreement that 
terminated on June 30, 2025. The agreement for 2025 is approved in the budget. The 2025 
Agreement begins July 1, 2025 and is in place until terminated (as noted in Term of Agreement and 
Termination language of the 2025 Agreement). The 2025 Agreement has been reviewed by City of 
Smyrna legal Council and cleared for placement on the Council agenda for approval. 
RECOMMENDATION / REQUESTED ACTION:
Approve 2025 Agreement with Mitch Leff & Associates for public relations services and for the Mayor 
to sign the Agreement.
