ISSUE AND BACKGROUND:
This request is based off discrepancy’s found during the survey and engineering phases for the 
proposed redevelopment for the old IGO Church site. These discrepancy’s need to be addressed as 
part of the project.
RECOMMENDATION / REQUESTED ACTION:
Public Works recommends the authorization to approve right-of-way abandonment of Maple Drive 
and Park Drive as part of the redevelopment of the old IGO Church site and authorize the Mayor to 
sign and execute all documents.
