and Facilities Repairs and Maintenance line item and authorize the Mayor to sign and execute all 
documents.

ISSUE AND BACKGROUND:
This request is based off the continuation required for ongoing repair and maintenance of all city-
owned and maintained HVAC systems to ensure continued proficient operation and performance at 
all city facilities.
RECOMMENDATION / REQUESTED ACTION:
It is the recommendation of Purchasing and Public Works that the annual contract for HVAC systems 
maintenance and repair be awarded to MaxAir Mechanical in an amount not to exceed $209,084.00 
for FY2026.
