ISSUE AND BACKGROUND:
This request is based off the required engineered sewer capacity required to service the new brewery 
site. The existing 6-inch sewer service is not sufficient to convey the anticipated capacity calculated 
and is required to be upgraded.
 
RECOMMENDATION / REQUESTED ACTION:
Public Works  recommends approval of the road closure for Still Fire Brewery Powder Springs Street 
@ King Street for the period of 05/19/2025 to 05/23/2025 for the installation of a new 8-inch sanitary 
sewer service for the brewery site.
