1. Roll Call 
 
       Present: 7 – Mayor Derek Norton, Kevin Drawe, Heather Bacon, Ron Davis, Ryan Duke, 
Tarun Ganeriwal, Greg Teague

2. Call to Order 
 
Mayor Derek Norton called to order the September 19, 2025 Urban Design Commission meeting 
held at A. Max Bacon City Hall in the Admin Conference Room at 12:07 PM.  
 
3. Chairperson Instruction and Comment 
 
City Attorney Scott Cochran explained that former Judge Tom Cauthorn is here to represent the 
DDA and the UDC on the matter that will be presented at this meeting.   
 
4. Formal Business 
 
 A. 2025-313 Introduction of New UDC Member, Ryan “Rip” Duke, Fulfilling Term Vacated 
by Resignation of Chuck Young 
 
 B. Z25-010 Public Hearing – Zoning Amendment – Z25-010 – Allow revisions to the 
currently approved site plan and elevations for a 3,605 sq. ft. bank – Land Lot 559 – 
0.65 acres – LGE Community Credit Union – 0 & 2934 Atlanta Road 
Ward 3 Councilmember - Travis Lindley 
 
Chris Leggett (LGE), Nelson Vinson (MCW Realty), Mike Loy (Cresa Project 
Management), and Paul Cutler (Attorney), applicants, were all present for this item.
