Repairs and Maintenance project to increase the budget in the amount of $7,500.00 to 
account for a change order to contract previously awarded to Lagniappe Development 
Company (1190 W. Shadburn Ave Buford, GA 30518).

ISSUE AND BACKGROUND:
The original contract with Lagniappe Development, for work on the budgeted project at 
Creatwood Park, did not include a set of trees, as they were not originally identified as being 
on city property.  The amendment, in the amount of $7500.00, allows for these trees to be 
removed, as a necessary part of moving forward with the park project.
RECOMMENDATION / REQUESTED ACTION:
Parks and Rec and Finance recommend authorization to amend the adopted ARPA 
project length budget for the Playgrounds: Repairs and Maintenance project to increase 
the budget in the amount of $7,500.00 to account for a change order to contract 
previously awarded to Lagniappe Development Company (1190 W. Shadburn Ave 
Buford, GA 30518).
