ISSUE AND BACKGROUND:
This project is to mill and overlay of approximately 22 city streets as part of our city-wide annual 
resurfacing.
 
RECOMMENDATION / REQUESTED ACTION:
Purchasing and Public Works recommend authorization to approve the contract based off RFQ-25-021 
to Triple R Paving & Construction LLC. (5353 North Lake Drive, Morrow, GA. 30260) in an amount not 
to exceed $1,422,468.54 to be paid from LMIG Funds & 2022 SPLOST- Resurfacing line item for the 
milling and overlay of city streets and authorize the Mayor to sign and execute all documents.
