R. ATH2025-173 Authorization to enter into an agreement with Flock Group, Inc. / Flock Safety (1160 Howell Mill Road NW, Suite 210, Atlanta, Georgia) for subscription to the Flock Safety – Safe City Program, to include the Unmanned Air Support Service Addendum, Law Enforcement Product Addendum and Safe City Program Addendum, together with integration and implementation services for a cumulative total amount of $5,717,500.00 to be paid over a 10 year billing schedule with the right to terminate if the city chooses to not appropriate funds to cover, authorization to amend the FY 2026 Adopted General Fund budget to increase the Police Administration departmental budget in the amount of $123,500 (amount due at signing) to be funded from General Fund fund balance, and authorize the Mayor to sign and execute all related documents.
