right-of-way at 790 Smyrna Hill Drive.

ISSUE AND BACKGROUND:
790 Smyrna Hill Drive was previously zoned for a Senior Apartment development. A condition of 
the zoning required the owner to dedicate a strip of this property to extend the right of way of 
Smyrna Hill Drive. This accomplishes that condition.
