Committee Member Meg Quigley asked for an update on the CSX Wall. Chairperson Oglesby 
said that he will reach out to his GDOT contact about an easement to paint a mural on this wall 
along the ARTery.  
  
Committee Member Meg Quigley stated that she also has a GDOT contact that she would reach 
out to.
