This is the second required public hearing. The first public hearing was held on Monday, 
July 14, 2025 at 8:30AM. The third and final public hearing and adoption will be at 6:30PM 
Monday, July 21, 2025. 
 
A public hearing was called, and no one came forward in favor of or in opposition to this 
item. The public hearing was closed.
