Oglesby Jr. Board Member Andrea Worthy made a motion to table item V25-121 to the January 14, 2026 License and Variance Board meeting; seconded by Board Member Eric Randall. The motion to approve carried with the following vote: Aye: 3 – Chairperson Garland, Board Member Worthy, Board Member Randall Nay: 0 – None Recuse: 0 – None W. V25-122 Public Hearing - Variance Request - V25-122 - Reduce the driveway setback - Land Lot 688 - 2000 Oakdale Court - Ensen Ambriz This request is to be tabled to the January 14, 2026 License and Variance Board Meeting at the request of the applicant Ward 7 Councilmember - Rickey N. Oglesby Jr. Board Member Eric Randall made a motion to table item V25-122 to the January 14, 2026 License and Variance Board meeting; seconded by Board Member Andrea Worthy.
