RECOMMENDATION / REQUESTED ACTION:
Authorize alcohol license options for Market Village and Pavilion Merchants for extension of premises 
(in front of their respective business location) for alcohol sales during the 2025 Culture & Spirit 
Festival and the City of Smyrna Birthday Celebration on Oct. 4, 2025 and approve two identified 
additional stations beyond premises as an option for one of two identified Market Village alcohol 
license holders (or City Park Concession) for the City of Smyrna Culture & Spirit Festival and 153rd 
Birthday Celebration to be held from 11:00 am until 10:00 pm on Saturday, October 4, 2025.
