Chairperson Richard Garland called to order the July 8, 2026 License and Variance Board 
meeting held at A. Max Bacon City Hall in Council Chambers at 10:00 AM.

 A. V26-054 Public Hearing - Variance Request - V26-054 - Allow gravel driveway - Land Lot 597 - 
3384 Vinings North Trail - Robert Sullivan 
This request is to be tabled indefinitely at the request of staff. 
Ward 6 Mayor Pro Tem / Councilmember - Tim Gould 
 
Board Member Andrea Worthy made a motion to table indefinitely at the request of staff 
item V26-054; seconded by Board Member Dustin Davey. 
 
The motion to table carried with the following vote:
