Authorization to approve annual contract renewal FY2026 with Cliff’s Fire Extinguisher for Fire 
Systems Maintenance. In an amount not to exceed $31,355.34 to be funded from Building and 
Facilities Professional Services line item and authorize the Mayor to sign and execute all documents.

ISSUE AND BACKGROUND:
This request is based off state mandated inspections that are required to be conducted annually to 
meet code compliance requirements set forth by the state of Georgia.
RECOMMENDATION / REQUESTED ACTION:
It is the recommendation of Purchasing and Public Works that the annual contract for fire systems 
maintenance and repair be awarded to Cliff’s Fire Extinguisher in an amount not to exceed 
$31,355.34 for FY2026.
