RECOMMENDATION / REQUESTED ACTION:
Parks and Rec and Purchasing recommend authorization to approve RFP25-020 to 
award the construction of the Village Green Restroom & Playground located next to 
the Smyrna Library to Couch Group, LLC (333 North Main Street, Alpharetta, Ga 
30009) in the amount of $1,371,925.00 to be paid from 2022 SPLOST Downtown 
project and authorize the Mayor to sign and execute all related documents.
