ISSUE AND BACKGROUND:
During the July 20, 2026 Council meeting, Council approved the purchase of two riding mowers and a 
ride on blower. The agenda item did not provide the appropriate wording for the amendment, so this 
item is needed to clean it up.  
RECOMMENDATION / REQUESTED ACTION:
Recommend authorization to amend the FY 2027 Adopted General Fund Budget to increase the Parks 
Maintenance departmental budget in the amount of $55,788.00 to provide funding for the acquisition 
of equipment needed for the Campbell Middle School property.
