• They have received many calls about the middle school (primarily) and high school 
students who come to the Village Green on Fridays after school – Major Defense has a 
meeting with the principals of the schools to discuss a plan 
• Church Road improvements: when grinding the concrete, there were some issues with 
damage to surrounding vehicles – the contractor is taking responsibility for it
