Semmes,
 
As you and I have discussed on the phone today you plan to have the FDR and Low Voltage
over tomorrow, so that Paul can get the items incorporated on the council agenda. I will push to
see if we can get an email approving them earlier than the 8/3 meeting.
 
I also received approval of the ADA parking lot design from the City today and have attached it.
There was only one minor change to the southeastern corner, and some additional striping that
was requested by the City. As we have discussed, I know you do not have time to get that
pricing processed in time for the Council agenda. Once Council has approved the FDR
package, we will issue a formal plan revision that will include the plans you all have provided
pricing for.
