from Warehouse Attendant to Warehouse Attendant II.

ISSUE AND BACKGROUND:
This request is based on the Public Works restructuring of the Warehouse Division to reclass current 
positions to allow for future progression as well as removing the supervisory position that was 
deemed unnecessary for the efficient and effective operations of the warehouse division.  
There will be an increase in salaries of $5,424.00 in total, however there will be no budget impact due 
to the removal of the supervisory position that was previously over warehouse staff.
This request is based on the recommendation of Public Works and Human Resources. 
RECOMMENDATION / REQUESTED ACTION:
Public Works and Finance recommend authorization to approve the reclassification of two positions 
within the Public Works Streets Division from Warehouse Attendant to Warehouse Attendant II.
