 Mike Jones, City Administrator, provided the following:  
• Project list is not ready yet, but it will have all the information for each project. 
• Chief Zgonc and Sheriff Owens will meet to discuss Smyrna’s jail. 
• A meeting will be held with the Chief, Deputy Chief, Fire, etc. regarding 911. 
• A bollard plan for street closures for all events is in final draft – accommodating all 
festivities – 6-8 permanent spots and the remaining would be temporary barriers.  
 
Councilmember Lindley mentioned that at the retreat there would be a 30-day plan to alleviate 
the homeless situation. There have been rumors that one in particular might have a firearm. He 
would like this back on the Mayor’s radar and Chief Zgonc’s radar.
