Board Member Earl Rice made a motion to approve item MIN2025-167; seconded by 
Board Member Michael Seagraves. 
 
The motion to approve carried with the following vote: 
 
Aye: 5 –  Board Member Phillips, Board Member Bentley, Board Member Rice, 
Board Member Gordon-Evans, Board Member Seagraves 
Nay: 0 –  None 
Abstain: 2 –  Board Member Howard, Board Member Ostrzega
