Commission Member Jeff Carter made a motion to approve item MIN2026-017; seconded 
by Commission Member Jill Gordon-Evans. 
 
The motion to approve carried with the following vote: 
 
Aye: 4 –  Commission Member Howard, Commission Member Rice, Commission 
Member Gordon-Evans, Commission Member Carter 
Nay: 0 –  None 
Abstain: 2 –  Commission Member Twomey, Commission Member Kolis 
Absent:   1 –  Commission Member Bentley
