On Saturday, April 18, eight members of the Smyrna Youth Council, joined by two parents and
Special Projects Manager Carson Haynie, took part in a Keep Smyrna Beautiful Community
Cleanup initiative. We’re proud of our dedicated youth for giving their time on the weekend to
help keep our community clean and vibrant!

SMYRNA CITIZENS ACADEMY | SESSION 6
On Tuesday, April 21, the Smyrna Citizens Academy gathered for a weekly session with the
Parks and Recreation Department. Participants enjoyed a round of Wit and Wagers, learning
more about the city’s parks, events, and latest projects in a fun and engaging way. Shoutout to
