and maintain its sanitary sewer infrastructure that crosses this property and authorize the Mayor to 
sign and execute all documents.

ISSUE AND BACKGROUND:
This is a request based on a need for the City of Smyrna to acquire a 20’ Sanitary Sewer Easement 
from JSL Residential Properties, LLC. located at 1036 Dell Avenue. This will allow the City of Smyrna to 
be able to access and maintain its sanitary sewer infrastructure that crosses the property.
RECOMMENDATION / REQUESTED ACTION:
Public Works recommends approval of the proposed request for the City of Smyrna to be able to 
service and maintain its infrastructure.
