ISSUE AND BACKGROUND:
Per Councilman/Mayor Pro Tem Tim Gould’s request – The Smyrna Business Association wants to 
hold their August evening networking event at City Hall (called Alive After Five) on Thursday, August 
14th @ 5:30pm:   
• 20-40 local business owners / SBA members
• Meeting in Council Chambers at 5:30-6pm for a Q&A with Mayor & Council, City
Administrator, Andrea Worthy
• At 6pm, the group moves to the Good Kitchen for the remainder of their meeting
RECOMMENDATION / REQUESTED ACTION:
Approval
