5. Approval of Minutes 
 
 A. MIN2026-067 Approval of the March 25, 2026 License and Variance Board Meeting Minutes 
 
Board Member Richard Garland made a motion to approve item MIN2026-067; seconded 
by Board Member Andrea Worthy. 
 
The motion to approve carried with the following vote: 
 
Aye: 3 –  Chairperson Jones, Vice Chair Garland, Board Member Worthy 
Nay: 0 –  None 
Recuse: 0 –  None 
 
6. Other Business / Staff Comment 
 
Chairperson Jones announced that he will not be present at the April 22, 2026 License and 
Variance Board meeting.   
 
7. Adjournment 
 
Chairperson Mike Jones adjourned the April 8, 2026 License and Variance Board meeting at
