 A. MIN2026-006 Approval of the October 6, 2025 Traffic Calming Committee Meeting Minutes 
 
Councilmember Charles Welch made a motion to approve item MIN2026-006; seconded 
by Mayor Pro Tem / Councilmember Tim Gould. 
 
The motion to approve carried with the following vote: 
 
Aye: 4 –  Committee Chair Lindley, Committee Member Gould, Committee 
Member Wilkinson, Committee Member Welch 
Nay: 0 –  None 
Recuse: 0 –  None
