expressed concern about enforcement of law, especially as it pertains to speeding and traffic 
violations. 
  
Joe Bennett, City Administrator, provided the following updates:  
• Staff met with the Market Village HOA – they will write a check each month for electrical 
costs 
• Has a deposition about a house flood soon 
• Met with PD and Finance about the jail 
• Cameras have had effect on some types of crashes, but not rear end crashes
