Councilmember Hines mentioned Village Parkway and Lake Park Drive. Mark Wolff stated that 
GDOT/LMIG – Safety Action Plan Grant money – and this committee have approved lane 
markings showing thru lanes and turn lanes, etc. By the end of the year, this may be addressed. 
  
Jasmine Perkins, 4106 Hawthorne Circle, spoke about how there are incredibly fast drivers that 
drive through that area. The city did clean up the area to show speed humps, etc. But the speed 
is still a problem. Chairperson Welch asked her to speak with Mark Wolff.

Chairperson Charles Welch adjourned the October 6, 2025 Traffic Calming Committee at 6:32
