 A. MIN2025-063 Approval of the February 28, 2025 Smyrna Public Art Committee 
Meeting Minutes 
 
Committee Member Robert Harrison made a motion to approve item MIN2025-063; 
seconded by Committee Member Burke Scott. 
 
The motion to approve carried with the following vote: 
 
Aye: 6 –  City Council Liaison Oglesby, Committee Member Foote, Committee 
Member Harrison, Committee Member Rhome, Committee Member 
Scott, Committee Member Thomas 
Nay: 0 –  None 
Absent: 1 –  Committee Member Styf 
 
6. Other Business / Staff Comment 
 
Burke Scott asked about the Public Art Master plan. Carson Haynie explained that the process is 
currently in the works internally.
