G. BCA2026-002 Approval of the appointment of Deputy Public Works Director, Paul Osburn as the Interim Public Works Director for the City of Smyrna. Citywide Mayor Derek Norton stated that Paul Osburn’s dedication to the City and the amount of work he does in all the ways he does the work – the City is so lucky to have him here. This is the right thing; he is the right person.
