ATH2025-006 Approval of the Special Event Permit for Smyrna is Fabulous to hold the Annual Pride Festival in the Smyrna Market Village, which includes approval of the closure of W. Springs Street from Atlanta Road to King Street, and King Street from Bank Street to Stephens Street, on Saturday, June 28, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Ward 3 Councilmember - Travis Lindley Councilmember Travis Lindley made a motion to approve; seconded by Councilmember Latonia P. Hines. The motion to approve carried with the following vote: Aye: 7 – Councilmember Pickens, Councilmember Hines, Councilmember Lindley, Councilmember Welch, Councilmember Wilkinson, Mayor Pro Tem / Councilmember Gould, Councilmember Oglesby Jr. Nay: 0 – None Recuse: 0 – None G. ATH2025-007 Authorization to adopt the City Brand Guide. Citywide Councilmember Travis Lindley made a motion to approve; seconded by Councilmember Latonia P. Hines.
