9/11 REMEMBRANCE
On Thursday, September 11, members of the Smyrna Fire Department, Smyrna Police
Department, and the City of Smyrna honored the lives lost 24 years ago with a moment of
silence, followed by the annual memorial run.
COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT OPEN HOUSE
On Saturday, September 13, the Smyrna Fire Department hosted a Community Engagement
Open House for residents. The event featured a gear-up competition, a vehicle extrication
demonstration, station tours, and opportunities to meet the firefighters. It was an incredible day
