Last Friday, two volunteers joined us for our monthly
Pollinator Pocket garden workday. These gardens are
especially important in the fall, providing late-season
nectar and shelter for pollinators when other food sources
are hard to find.
POLLINATOR POCKET GARDEN WORKDAY
On Tuesday, seven students and two teachers from a
Campbell High School foundational skills class visited
the Smyrna Recycling Center. They toured the facility
and took part in a hands-on paper recycling activity. We
are excited to welcome another CHS class next month!
EDUCATIONAL TOUR WITH CAMPBELL HIGH
Join us this Friday (September 19) for our monthly tour of
the Smyrna Recycling Center! Tours are held on the third
Friday of each month at 9:00 AM. Admission is free, but
registration is required.
