SMYRNA MUSEUM 
 
• Formally adopt Collections Management Policy 
• Enhance Museum website 
• Continue to professionally catalog the Museum’s collections.  
• Complete another internship with a local college student.  
 
Performance Measures  
• Increase museum visitation numbers 
• Increase museum volunteers and docents 
• Catalog another 250 artifacts 
• Offer 4 trunks to local schools (2 different types)
